Not A Valid DAV Response

I have drools Guvnor(V 5.4.0 Final) running on my local instance of Tomcat server (V: 7.0.54). I have a default sample repository for testing some functionality. I used Sardine - Google for interacting with WebDAV and later on I used a tool called Cyberduck. Both having same problems in server transactions. It throws an error stating not a valid DAV Response in both the tools. Is there a problem with the server or some configuration or file issue or an issue with the Guvnor itself. 

Has anyone faced something like this before. How do I go about fixing this. I'd deeply appreciate your thoughts and ideas in resolving this.
