SITL vagrant up problem

Hi everyone,

My intention is to install SITL on my Windows: http://ardupilot.org/dev/docs/setting-up-sitl-using-vagrant.html

I have got significant problems when doing "vagrant up". I get "Error: " reaction from console (literally blank error) after waiting long time "Rsyncing folder".

Stacktrace attached.

Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
Git - 2.9.0.windows.1
Vagrant - 1.8.4
VirtualBox - 5.0.22
Visual C++ 2010 x86 Resist
