Copter was not controllable in Stabilize and AltHold (Emlid/Navio+/Current Binary from the Repo)

I was repairing my copter from a crash, which might be caused by mechanical problems.
Now I tested with the current image from Emlid and noticed that the copter was not reacting to my controls.
This resulted in a crash. The levels of vibrations and other sensors look pretty fine. Maybe someone can have a look at the log.
