Mapping Navio AUX pin to Ch7/Ch8

Is it possible to map Navio AUX pin (GPIO pin 12) to Ch7/Ch8 using MP or do I need to change the APM code to map it?

Never mind. The relay pin numbers are hard-coded in Mission Planner, but in advanced parameters section I can specify the pin number directly.
