new PR #4377 to add support the terarangerone i2c range finder module

I have just submited this new PR.

This adds support to a new convenient and very precise yet completely insensitive to copter air flow noise.

Give me a feedback if anything else needs to be done in order to have this new support in the future ardupilot version.

Is the purpose of this PR to make the TeraRangerOne accessible to the linux based flight controllers (e.g. the Navio) running the ArduPilot flight stack?
