log file not always where it should be?

if i run:
$ drake -w tmp/project

where tmp/project is a directory with a Drakefile inside, then the log file ends up in tmp/drake.log, not as i expected in tmp/project/drake.log

not sure if this is intentional or not

Thanks Koert for reporting this. It's been fixed on develop and should roll out with Drake 1.0.1 or similar...
