ability to avoid mapping empty collections

like we have map-null, map-empty-string; a map-empty-collection will be a great addition to dozer capabilities. is the source collection is empty, it is seldom useful to end up with an empty destination collection. if map-empty-collection=false then empty collections should be skipped and destination collection objects should be 'null'.
