I just talked with Noah from the ARC. He said to sign in on the computer to testify after you go through security then come to room 4 and he will meet us there. He said to talk about your prenatal or birth experience briefly, talk about how you love your child, how the bill could help other parents. Senate Room 4 is in the Cherberg building beside the Legislative building which is the capitol. Becca
