Hi,

I found my Content Search result shows blank while contents are exist. Any idea how to fix this problem? Thank you.

Try refreshing the page, sometimes that helps.

If not, then check the Javascript console in your browser for errors and let us know what you find?

It would be helpful to know what version of dotCMS you are running and to have a copy of your dotcms.log and catalina.out files.  Unless someone has encountered this exact problem before, we will need this information to help diagnose what is happening here.

If you attach the log files, would be happy to review and see what we can find.

Dear Brent,

Thank you for your reply. My dotCMS is running in version COMMUNITY EDITION 3.2 (April 22, 2015). Reindex/Optimize Index/Flush All Caches had been applied and seem doesn't help. I found the following error look suspicious:

2016-02-15 01:22:17 Commons Daemon procrun stderr initialized
Configuration error

Any help would be thankful.

Dear all,

Any suggestion? Does anyone encounter the same situation before?

Did you already check for javascript errors and/or the result of the search call?

Kind regards,

Xander
