Wish you and your team a very happy new year!

I have paid the balance amount of Rs 12k for the e-khata to Dua and associates earlier in November. However, there is no communication from Dlf, I am struggling to get a confirmation of receipt of the amount. I am not sure what is holding your team back in providing a simple acknowledgement of receipt of amount , let alone a commitment to register the property. Dua and associates have charged us close to RS 35000 and earning decent interest on the amounts received from thousands of customers.
I expect basic honesty and professionalism from Dua associates and your team.
I request you to personally look into this matter and get this matter sorted out at the earliest.

Its a painful situation for all of us, last week I got a letter from my Bank mentioning that I miserably fail to honor the terms and conditions of my loan and still not have Submitted the Registration Documents so in view of that bank is contemplating recalling the loan facility , then I have to give them a written explanation explaining them that I got the possession in MARCH 2016 but my builder DLF is still struggling for getting the registration done and it is the situation for all who have bought property in DLF MAIDEN HEIGHTS , then they asked me please let us know when it will be done ?

What is blocking DLF from start flat registration ? Do ever our flat will be get registered ? Its been a YEAR DLF's dates are ROLLING.

Mr. Srinivasan - You are confidently committing dates during last DLF meeting. X dates this thing will happen. Y date that thing will happen.So what happen ? All your committed dates got failed. We don't know whether you checks emails or not. Please let us know the current status.

After one year, we are back to squire one. And the question remains same.

WHY FLAT REGISTRATION HAS NOT STARTED ?

WHAT/WHO IS STOPPING DLF TO START THE FLAT REGISTRATION ?

Its a really a PANIC and DOUBTFUL situations for us. Is our flats safe ?

As discussed and agreed below mentioned (Prepared by DLF) are the tasks and due dates.

Few items due date already exceeds and few are approaching the due dates.So its time for a review and get to know the status.

Below RED COLORED items already exceed due dates and MYTOWN wants to know the status.

1. Flat Registration, Process & E katha Issues : Is flat registration going on, at least Phase 1 ?

Are owners being informed with dates for there registrations for there respective flats ?

5. WH Progress and Possession date (OC Issue and Final demand Note ): Did DLF receive the OC and final demand note expecting on Dec end ?

6. Approach Road and Street light status : Has temporary light connection facing towards road done ?

7. Intercom in Flats and Lifts : Has Intercom installed and its working fine ?

Draft copy of Registration deed will be shared to customers

BWSSB Water Supply connection update

DLF

Feasibility study of water for providing bore well by government agency to be done before 30th Dec and will be dug by 25th Jan-17

Society Formation

Society will be initially formed with nominated members. Later it will be transferred to the elected body by conducting AGM. AGM will be conducted in a democratic manner.

Modification of Flats

JLL

Any modification in flat should be approved by the society. The change shall be submitted to JLL and Mr. Ravi Prakash will coordinate to get approval. Structural modification in any form will not be allowed.

WH Progress and Possession date

DLF

OC is expected by 15th Dec and Final demand will be issued by end Dec. Possession can be taken from 2nd Jan.

Approach Road and Street light status.

Temporary light connection facing towards the roads will be installed by 1st Dec-16.

Approach road contract has been given to the local Punchayat for relaying of road. Permanent street lights to be provided by Local Punchayat.

Airtel will provide intercom. Configuration progress is going on and by end of Nov-16 intercom will be installed. JLL to follow with the Airtel Vendor for speedy work

Meter name transfer will be done after flat registration and conversion of E katha in Owners name. JLL will assist in handling this with a help of a vendor.

Club House Approval and Construction update.

Approval for Club is expected by end of Dec-16

Construction of Club to start from 2nd Jan-17 and will end in 13 months.

Date for installing the benches in the garden will be informed in the next meeting. Same granite benches as in Begur will be used.

Temporary GYM will be done in flat t No B-061 & B-062 by Dec 25^th 16.

JLL team to compile all the complaints which are liable under DLP and forward to projects and Mr. Ravi to follow the complaints.

So Please do let us know where DLF stands on all RED COLORED items. If DLF has meet all the committed due dates, well & Good.

If NOT, Owners needs to know, why DLF keep failing on committed dates.

Dear Mr. Srinivas : We request you to scan all RED COLORED items and get the status, because all dates has been committed by DLF at your presence and your team agreed on that. So looking forward your support on the same.

FYI & A : GREEN COLORED (ITEM NO. 2, 9 and 10) items approaching due date so please tale necessary action.
