Is the government your enemy ?

I suppose you realize that if central agencies within the government kills your fellow citizens on a daily basis, then it is also your enemy. We normally consider murder hostile.

How and where does the government kill ordinary, innocent and defenceless citizens ?

Governments do this in a very similar way in many countries, for example USA, China, France, Denmark, but we should of course focus our attention on countries from where we can procure a maximum of information about the actual occurrences and technological means of murdering innocent civilians.
