Jeg har en del makrel filetter liggende i min fryser og jeg kunne tænke mig at prøve at lave hjemmerøget pebermakrel. Er der nogen her der har erfaringer med dette og som har en opskrift på saltlagen, lagringstid samt tid og temperatur i røgeovnen.

Hvilken røgeovn er du i besidelse af ?? har røget 100 vis af makreller i en stor hjemmebygget ovn, men aldrig i en lille abu trykkoger eller røgeovn som nogen ynder at kalde den
