Migrations

1. I installed the app in installed_app. I added in get_core(['myapp.catalogue'])

2. I've forked the original catalogue into myapp. 

3. I've updated my catalogue model at myapp/catalogue/models.py

4. I've ran manage.py makemigrations catalogue

5. then manage.py migrate catalogue

does not work. it says no changes.

Sometimes when I migrate it works. It takes me random tries to get it working and when I make note that it worked. I repeat the process and it never migrates. 

I'm getting pretty frustrated with oscar
