This Framework work in Colombia?

I'm new in django and english too. I'm from Colombia, i have a company with some friends, we are doing web pages. I need to create a virtual shop. Maybe oscar is the best option from create a virtual shop. This Framework is avaliable in Colombia and Latino America ?

Federico, claro que lo puedes usar y ademas tiene i18n el translate en español

Tal como indica Carlos, no hay problema en usarlo, solo deberías construir los payments locales a tu pais.

Yo tengo algunos inconvenientes sin solucionar, por ejemplo, el tema de sobreescribir las plantillas, y cómo crear el catálogo.
