Integration with Amazon Payments

Hi all,

I've created a package for integrating Amazon Payments (https://payments.amazon.com) with Oscar.

It's only been tested with Python 2.7, Django 1.6 and django-oscar 0.7.3. You can try it out and let me know what you think. Please report any issues to the Github repo: https://github.com/simonkagwe/django-oscar-amazon-payments
