Nelnet QuikPay payment gateway

Has anyone built an integration with Nelnet's QuikPay payment gateway? We have a university customer who is asking if we can use that to process payments.

I've search through all the public repos on Github that have "django-oscar" in the name, but didn't come across any implementation of QuikPay for Oscar Commerce
