I have the same question. Also, I wonder if it is compatible with django 1.10

I just finished the install on django 1.10 and then went through the code fixing all the deprecated code.  I still haven't finished.  So the answer to your question right now is no.  I'll let you know what happens over the weekend if I get everything working.
