Hi Philipp,
This mailing list is for discussion of development of django CMS itself,
not developing sites using django CMS. Please post those questions to
the django-cms mailing list, which you can find at
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/django-cms.
Anyway, check "User settings" in the site menu of the toolbar, you'll
see the preferred toolbar language for the user
