Problems with ckeditor

Hello,

I'm using the defaults from the djangocms-installer, but i experience a few problems.

When using the aldryn-blog app (and others too), i cannot see the button "cms plugins", whereas it's visible in the front-end editing tool.

Besides that, when i use some tags in html they get removed. For example every <i> tags are removed from the html.

I din't find anything about it in the docs, but perhaps someone here may point me in the right direction?
