decorators for registering apphook, plugins and toolbars

The documentation is inconsistent for registering apphooks, plugins and toolbars.  Some doco shows some using decorators and others using the old style apphook_pool.register() after the class definition.

Would you accept a pull request correcting everything to show decorators (which is the preferred route with Django 1.7 admin method registrations)?  Since that is the future, it would be nice to be consistent.
