Hi everyone, I was supposed to post this a million years ago, but I
got sucked into a time warp and so I only just now got a chance to
fulfill my promise. Anyway, here are the links to the stretches that I
demonstrated back when mammoths roamed the earth:

pain)
Recall that my names for the stretches are a little bit unique (and
more evocative). They are:
Drummer Series:
Holding a stinky bucket
I know what you did last summer / I still know what you did last
summer
Half hadouken / three quarters hadouken (palm against wall, pulling
thumb up)
Superhero Series:
Ironman (palms out)
Superman (fists)
Ghost Rider (downward fists)
Aikido Series:
Uncoordinated monk
Trainee paramedic
Sideways pearl diver
May your wrists be healthy, wealthy, and wise,
Feihong
