I need a step by step process to make this happen. In an effort to make a more relaxing tea I have secured funding to make this project work. The only problem is that I need a step by step process , even if its not detailed at all, I can figure it out. It's really hard to find help with this so if anyone has the knowledge to give me a step by step I really need it. Assume I have all the skills necessary because i do, just need a step by step.

Find the genes you need, pcr synthesize and assemble the genes into pCambia vector (2301 is nice since it has GUS and the more nooby friendly kanamycin resistance gene), obtain an agrobacterium tumefaciens strain from local University, heat shock final plasmid in, develop somatic embryogenesis protocol for cammomile or google for agrobacterium mediated transformation of cammomile research paper, duplicate methods, pray, pcr confirm, party.

The Harmala Alkaloid is from a passion flower. Forgot to mention that!

Here's the pathway in Metacyc:

It looks like the actual genes involved may still be unknown though. You might be able to figure out more by following some of the references at the bottom, and then checking if there's any more recent papers citing those.
