Hello,
I
had try to extract a plasmid form e.coli with the “boiling method”
(STET-Buffer and Lyzozyme). I have used 94 % ethanol to precipitate
the DNA, but I could centrifuge with 6000 rpm only.
In a following agarose gel electrophoresis
I couldn’t see band.
