1. E. coli DH5a with pJE202 - the plasmid codes for bacterial bioluminescent genes so this bacteria glows!
2. E. coli Dh5a with pDusk - this plasmid has a dark responsive cassette that expresses the Red Flourescent protein(in the dark the protein is expressed, in the light the protein is not expressed)
