Is this a bioterrorism report?

I don't usually post, but this story seemed potentially important.

The facts reported could be consistent with a bioterrorism attack yesterday morning at an airport in Arizona.

Here is the relevant bit:

"In a statement, Phoenix Police said they were called to Terminal 4 on a report that a 25-year-old man had been acting strange on the flight, randomly touching the faces of other passengers. He also reportedly sprayed something from a bottle on them. Upon landing, he was brought to the front of the plane to exit first.

"While waiting for the door to the jet way to open, the man opened the service door on the opposite side of the aircraft and jumped out...

My guess is that he is on psychiatric hold somewhere.

It sounds more schizophrenic than threatening.

Unless this person was a known white nationalist, I wouldn't jump to the worst conclusions yet. IMO it's more likely they were suffering a psychotic episode.
