And as with Unfiltered, I'm getting more organized and setting a release
branch (0.11.3 currently) as the default branch in github. Your pull
requests should go into that, unless they're for a major change that
should go into a new major version.

Also, just added travis config to Dispatch, so there's a confidence
inspiring build+test pass/fail message attached to pull requests and
embedded in the readme.
