Does webrtc_android support h264?

Hi, i try to build the native code on WebRTC on Android
setup up the variable like

rtc_use_h264 =true
proprietary_codecs = false
build_with_chromium = false

and build by myself, but it look doesn't work on h264.

Does webrtc on android support h264 now?
If yes, how should I do to setup the h264? Has any document can look?
