TURN server installation steps for AWS EC2

Hi,

Has anyone installed TURN server with username and password on AWS EC2?

If yes, could you share the steps to do that.. I think this will help many of the new to TURN server installation.

AMI Image is already available you can use that and follow the instructions and your TURN server will be ready. 

Users are using this most widely as I found this in many more blogs / forums.
