Please provide information about which Linux distribution you use. Maybe you also have environment variables like CC and CXX set?

Since our Android x86 bots are green - can you try building with the same GN variables? E.g. look at https://build.chromium.org/p/client.webrtc/builders/Android32%20Builder%20x86%20%28dbg%29/builds/5238/steps/generate_build_files/logs/stdio
