Minimize audio latency

Is there anything I can do in order to optimize audio latency using WebRTC in Chrome? (if I'm ONLY concerned with latency)

The answer depends on platform, type of codec, network conditions/protocol, audio hardware/drivers and how WebRTC is integrated. You can use this demo http://jsfiddle.net/9aXHz/ and perform your own measurements. My experience is that the lowest latencies in Chrome can today be achieved on Mac OSX.
