PSA: Removing the AudioProcessing::Create() functions

In about 2 weeks, I will remove all of the AudioProcessing::Create() functions from modules/audio_processing/include/audio_processing.h. Due to the growing number of arguments, a builder class was introduced, which is now the recommended way to create an AudioProcessing instance.
