WebRTC Testing

Hey!

We've been working on a WebRTC testing library. By adding extra functionality to the selenium-webdriver we have been able to make it possible to run tests and observe WebRTC Peer Connection events and signaling channel events. Currently we are working on setting up event monitoring on the data channel. We would love all feedback, bug fixes, and requests.
