How to set WebRTC to use all 8 cores? (WebRTC M54)

Hi All

I am working on 4k video streaming (vp9 codec,).

I found the CPU usage always very high (single-core performance,  WebRTC M54)

Can anyone help me to solve these problems about vp9 4k video streaming?

1.How can I set parameters to switch to using assembly or hardware?

2.Can WebRTC use all CPU cores of an 8 cores or 16 cores CPU in video encoder?
