PSA: Potential video freezes in Firefox 56

Hello,

We recently identified an issue in Firefox 56 which can result in Firefox stop sending video in WebRTC calls if the machine is/gets under load.

This is a new regression in 56 and is caused by the absence of the max-fs parameter in the fmtp lines of the remote SDP.

In the latest Firefox Nightly 58 build the issue is fixed and we are working on getting the fix uplifted as far as possible.

The workaround for now is to add a max-fs parameter to the SDP.
