In ~2 weeks, I aim to land this CL, which renames the webrtc::AudioEncoderOpus class in modules/audio_coding/codecs/opus/audio_encoder_opus.h to webrtc::AudioEncoderOpusImpl, to make it clear that it's not part of the public API.
Users who need to create AudioEncoder instances for Opus should use the facilities in api/audio_codecs/opus/audio_encoder_opus.h instead.
