AppRTC offline(disconnect) automatically when the wifi signal becoming weaker

When my phone's wifi signal is normal, the apprtc works fine. But, when I move a distance to where the phone's wifi signal becoming weaker but not very weak, it can still surfing on the internet, the apprtc offine immediately,  but when I use QQ video communication, it can work ,although with high delay.

I want to know the processing mechanism of apprtc when dealing with the weaker signal, and how can I improve it.
