Excessive pixilation even on high bandwidth connections.

Hey everyone,

I am running into an issue where videos can become excessively pixelated.  This seems to occur regardless of the amount of bandwidth.  Is it an encoding issue?  

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Ron,

Check the webrtc statistics of your stream. 

chrome://webrtc-internals/

It will show you if there is losses on the receiving side.
