Building Native Libs on Windows

Hi everyone,

I've been following the instructions here: https://webrtc.org/native-code/development/ to build native libraries to use in a Windows Desktop App.  Everything seems to work fine, but I'm unable to locate the header files.  I feel like I'm missing something important, simple, but important.
