Google can now be updated to (I expect you all know):

search_url="Google (https)
https://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%s"

And maybe add 'onelook', a search engine of all dictionaries:

search_url="ol Onelook dictionaries http://www.onelook.com/?w=%s"
