Informal Periodic Meetups for Archivists in the Delaware Valley Doing Born-digital Work

Dear archivists,
Are you managing born-digital archival materials? Or perhaps you're not currently, but would like to learn how? Some of us have had conversations recently about the desire to have an informal, periodic gathering of archivists in the Delaware Valley region who are doing work around born-digital archives. The purpose of the gatherings might be to share your hardware setup for digital archives as well as do a brief demo of your workflow; from acquisition all the way through access. These meetings would be open to people at any skill level - we hope to welcome total "newbies" as well as more experienced digital archivists. (This idea was largely inspired by a similar informal gathering of archivists in the Ann Arbor / Detroit / Toledo area and a Signal blog post).
We're hoping to keep this really informal, without having to create a complicated official organization/structure or affiliating with any existing group. This would just be a series of meet-ups, for as long as the idea seems useful. Perhaps periodic meetings for a few months or one year. Perhaps more. Let's get started and see where it takes us!
