DACS to Dublin Core mapping

Hello Folks - I'm looking for examples of mapping from DACS to Dublin Core Metadata Terms. Public documentation would be great; if you're willing to share institutional applications, all the better.

Not a real life example, but Getty has published a mapping, you can find it at http://www.getty.edu/research/publications/electronic_publications/intrometadata/crosswalks.html
