Some strange warnings after updating to 0.3.0.0

After updating to 0.3.0.0 I had some warnings in my ssh console:  

X-Accel-Mapping header missing

Googling found that this could be related to missed headers in nginx configuration.  But I don't understand why this happens now. Before updating never had this warnings. Have to change my nginx configuration and set this headers? Something like this?
