UX Design app

Hi there!

I have a question, 

As a young UX designer I want to complete my portfolio with a small personnal project and I have been thinking of designing the UX/UI of a possible Diaspora application. Once I will have done some of the designs I would like to share them so the community can get some inspiration/ideas/re-use it for future development.  But  I don't really know to whom I should give them, where I should upload the documents...
