Hi, I was having troubles with dialang, but they were solved (almost) by downloading the old JRE version from Lancaster's web page

It will install that component, and it should work fine after that.
There was also a problem with connection, but I think that it was more a fault on my ISP's side more than DIALANG's side, but you should be aware that there's a chance that you need to use a proxy to get the connection with the server. But, as I said, I bet that it was something to do do with my ISP provider.
