Anapanasati meditation is taught by Lord Buddha (MN 118) to attain enlightenment. Now we have the great opportunity to learn and practise it guided by an internationally renown monk Ajahn Brahm via his weekly meditation sessions from Bodhinyana Monastery, Perth Australia. In fact BGF will be inviting him to personally conduct such a retreat here in Genting Highlands in December this year. To prepare you for the retreat we in BGF have now specially set up this weekly session and together with group support, we hope you will find it helpful and beneficial. Remember Lord Buddha always advise us not to delay our diligent practice as life is impermanent. All are welcome.
