Can't fully synchronize to my account?

Is anyone still maintaining this project? It seems rather dead right
now.
Anyway, I installed DFO, and tried to synchronize, but it stopped
after 557 of my photos (and that's repeatable, I can
delete .desktopflickr and restart and it's 557, every time), and
refused to look at any more. Is this a known or solvable problem?
