Forgive me if I missed it, but who is Christy Richmond on the
Chowhound board (just trying to determine if she is one of the regular
posters who think I'm a total jerk)?
I'm thinking we'll have to have two separate serving tables---one for
medium spicy and one for HOT!
I heard goatgolfer has a semi-professional wok burner. Can't wait to
check it out. I hope Nung agrees to cook at Paul's (goatgolfer's)
place so we can watch her and her assistant in action. I think they
will agree for sure. They love to talk about Thailand.
