Why the hell was I banned?

My account name is Yoshi Ringo, and I seriously didn't do anything, even if there was a reason, the person who banned me for 14 days, which is way too much. This is the second time I honestly can't take some of the admins serious, first time when I received a message saying that I tag too much cute and adorable tags to actual cute and adorable pics, I got a message from one cursing at me, and telling me to stop. I talked to him, asking him not to talk like that, since he's an admin and should be more professional, he apologized, and said because he's stressed, which I can understand. Is there someone who I can talk to about this? Seriously, 14 days?
