Derby Museums Volunteer Form

Hi all

Please see attached form for your information. Kim also has hard copies available that you can complete and hand back to her. As members we are frequently volunteering and supporting Derby Museums activities, therefore if you are a signed up member of Derby Makers please complete a form and return to the Silk Mill - Kim is our point of contact for this. Our main purpose for completing the form is in the capacity as Derby Makers and supporting Thursday evenings/ Code Club and other events - you may also have additional interests/times that you wish to reflect on the form but no problem if not. Hope that makes sense?? If  you have any questions or would like more detail please let me know or have a chat with Kim.
