Laser Cutting Walnut

Does anyone know if the laser can cut woods other than MDF and plywood, e.g. walnut?

I'm hoping this would be alright - http://www.sketchlasercutting.co.uk/collections/laserable-wood/products/3mm-walnut-wood-sheet-100-x-457mm
